Progressive Convergent Definition and Conceptualization of Organizational Resilience: A Model Development

This paper aims to examine how the construct of resilience is currently defined and propose a more comprehensive unidirectional definition, conceptualization, operationalization for construct. We applied rigorous systematic literature review in line with Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-analyses (PRISMA) selection criteria covering historical currency, topical relevance, publication appropriateness. reviewed 1490 articles publications on organizational generated from combination academic databases search engines. identified points convergence divergence definitions discussed implications theorizing resilience.
